Things I Have Learned In 2023
I can't believe this year is over! But boy am I glad that it is over, what a year. Here's me sharing real talk girl advice, not just for you but a reminder for me too.
2. Getting your heart broken for the first time sucks.
3. Don't go on dating apps.
4. Drink more water.
5. You can literally do anything if you put your mind to it.
6. If he wanted to, he would.
7. Do not waste your time with people who don't appreciate you.
8. Never allow someone to consume you.
9. You will lose friends, but that's fine, you'll make new friends.
10. Read more, you enjoy reading.
11. No matter how hard the situation seems right now, you will get through it.
12. Eat that chocolate.
14. Never ever ever work for family.
15. Don't worry about the things you can't change or control.
16. Tomorrow is a new day full of opportunity, embrace it.
17. Don't ever lower your standards.
18. Trust your gut, and if you second guess something, listen to it.
19. Do not stay in a relationship because you see your partner's potential. You date patterns, not potential.
20. You don't need to reach that goal right now, you have time.
21. Sometimes somebody's purpose in your life, is to teach you something.
22. The worst decision you made is going into a long-distance relationship, next time really think about it and be realistic.
23. Treat yourself better.
24. Wear sunscreen every day.
25. If you feel uncomfortable, leave.
26. Don't always believe everything a man promises you, look at his actions.
27. You feel better after writing your thoughts down.
28. A good cry sometimes is great, but crying all the time is not healthy.
29. The best decision you made this year is coming off birth control.
30. Call that friend you always think about calling.
31. Smoking is gross.
32. Taylor Swift is for every occasion.
33. Remember your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
